Gary has performed all around the world from Singapore to Paris, to New York and London. He has done shows at the Edinburgh, Melbourne and Sydney Comedy Festivals.
He can be heard regularly on Richard Glover’s Thank God It’s Friday on ABC 2. Gary has been nominated for and Aria Award for his comedy album, The Hollywood Motel.
Gary co-wrote and co-directed Happy Feet Two with Academy Award winner George Miller. He also voiced several characters for the film.
Gary won the world’s largest short film competition, Tropfest with his film, The Money and took second place two years prior with Tragic Love.
Gary co-wrote and starred in the cult movie You Can’t Stop the Murders and featured in the film Boytown alongside Mick Molloy and Glen Robbins.
Most recently Gary wrote and directed a commercial for Four Seasons Condoms that went viral around the world with over 25 million hits.
Gary has penned a comedy feature film that is currently in development with a major studio.
With Jen Carnovale is an Australian comedian from Sydney who has travelled from quaint bookstores in Canberra to Latvian kind-of scary warehouses to perform stand up. She has toured across the UK, Australia, all the good looking parts of Europe and tasty parts of Asia.
Jen began her stand up career in a comedy duo; The Cloud Girls, who won the ‘Best Newcomer’ award at Sydney Comedy Festival in 2010 and were selected as one of the‘Top Ten Next Big Things in Comedy’ in 2011 by Sydney Morning Herald/ The Age. The Cloud Girls went on to perform at numerous festivals including Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Adelaide Fringe Festival, Sydney Fringe Festival, Melbourne Fringe Festival, TINA, Playground Weekender and Peats Ridge. They were radio presenters for ABC Triple J and received a four star review by Time Out Sydney before both performers decided it was time to go solo.
Jen relocated to London at the end of 2011, and by 2012 was a Semi-Finalist for both Funny Women Comedy Awards and Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year Awards. Performing for two years across the UK, rain, hail or minus five, prepared Jen for 2013 which saw her perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Hong Kong International Comedy festival, and headline a comedy tour across the Baltics before returning to Sydney.
Since being home Jen has performed sold out shows at Sydney Comedy Festival and Sydney Fringe Festival as well as headlining great comedy rooms round Australia mate!
And Ben Lomas (VIC) is a seasoned, skilled and acclaimed comedian and host with a wealth of performance, acting and writing skills. Ben has hosted and performed at hundreds of comedy gigs and corporate events around Australia and has performed numerous back-to-back sell-out and critically lauded Melbourne International Comedy Festival seasons. He has worked on shows such as Mad as Hell, Family Feud and The Footy Show.
As well as being an in-demand Stand-Up working all the major venues around Australia Ben has performed on and written for Foxtel’s Open Slather along with comedy luminaries such as Glenn Robbins, Magda Szubanski and Stephen Curry, and performed seven consecutive sold out seasons at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Variously described as ‘as refreshing as the day’s first double shot espresso’(Herald Sun) and ‘a mix of dry observation, larrikin anecdotes and perfect comedic timing’ (Meld Magazine) Ben is a comic on the rise with a well-earned reputation for delivering top-tier festival shows that leave his wanting more.
