SEAN WOODLAND – Father of two Sean Woodland began performing stand-up comedy at age 40. In his first two years he either won or placed in numerous Australian comedy competitions including Green Faces, Quest for the Best and the RAW NSW State Final. Since then he has forged his dream career, captivating audiences around Australia and abroad, with his ‘everyman’ appeal always a winning formula. Sean’s material is endearingly relevant as he tells comical truths from his own, varied experiences whilst also drawing on a barrage of observational funnies that are befitting of his irreverent and curious persona. Not limited to the stage Sean performs in sketch comedy, is a regularly published freelance writer and is the author of two novels.

With CIEL Ciel is recognised as one of the hottest female comics to have emerged from Sydney’s comedy scene and her career trajectory has firmly established her versatility in writing, presenting and performing.

From her stand-up comedy beginnings Ciel was employed as a key writer for the Nine Network’s Australia’s Funniest Home Videos for five years from 2001- an appointment she enjoyed and which enabled her to polish her TV writing skills to perfection. This led to Ciel securing a key position with Australia’s largest broadcaster- Southern Cross Austereo- on Sea FM, hosting Central Coast Radio’s Breakfast Show for eight years. As Breakfast Host for this market-leading show, Ciel wrote and presented celebrity gossip, social commentary and show content, comedy sketches, song parodies, pop culture – generating fresh, topical content on a daily basis for almost a decade.

Ciel has graced the ABC studios as a regular guest panellist on Richard Glover’s top-rating ABC radio program Thank God It’s Friday and as audience warm-up for TV panel show Q and A. She’s had co-hosting roles with the Triple M and Today FM radio network’s Breakfast shows. Stepping in for Wendy Harmer and Amanda Keller, Ciel slotted into these roles with ease and her funny, clever style received excellent audience feedback.

MC Mikey Robins is best known for his work on Good News Week as team captain along with Paul McDermott and Claire Hooper Mikey’s radio career began with 7 years as host of Triple J’s National Breakfast Show. He has also worked for Triple M and vega. Early TV career included Live and Sweaty and McFeast followed by regular appearances on Sunrise, Spicks and Specks and The Fat.

Devised and hosted a series of documentaries on Channel 10 about Australians and their favourite pubs, the success of which lead to shows being filmed in both Ireland and Las Vegas. Also hosted shows for the Foxtel network including Campaign and Hollywood Head to Head. Co-Authored 2 books “Three Beers and a Chinese Meal” with Helen Razor and “Big Man’s World” with Tony Squires and Steve Abbott AKA The Sandman.Mikey-Robins-on-white
