Jacques Barrett – After 9 years on the Australian club and festival circuit Jacques has become a bonafide international headliner, known for his ability to adapt to any crowd and throw relentless and consistently sharp comedy blows. Weaving character renditions into social commentary is his true strength, utilising it to show the lighter side of much heavier subject matter. Audiences are left thinking and laughing long after the curtains have closed. The last 3 years has seen Jacques hone his stagecraft on the world stage with a tour stopping off in South East Asia, South Africa, Romania, Prague, Switzerland, Croatia, Estonia, Helsinki, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales… Crushing shows and blowing minds the world over, he’s a master craftsmen and not to be missed.

With Michael Workman has achieved things.

In his first six months as a comedian he had already won the national Raw Comedy competition and been flown to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to perform. If you think that’s good you should have seen the shoes he bought while he was there.

In the following year he wrote a full length show called ‘The Ogre’ which he performed in Sydney and Perth to critical acclaim, and starred in the prestigious ‘Comedy Zone’ showcase at the Melbourne International Comedy festival.

Michael then toured the country performing at comedy clubs to packed houses, honing the “skills” he needs to do his “job”. Upon his return to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival his 2011 show, “Humans are Beautiful” won the coveted ‘Best New Comer’ Award, putting him on the comedy map. The rave reviews and industry praise, paved the way to sell out seasons in Sydney and Perth.

Workman continues producing surreal and hilarious comedy. He is defined by his clever and often absurd humour, which has set him apart from his contemporaries.

“People need to go and see Michael Workman” The Pun

And Julia Wilson, described by many as the toughest woman in comedy, Julia tours the world with her dubious morals, having plenty of seriously dangerous fun along the way!

Whether it’s being bitten by a lion, stalked by a hippo, getting burnt by a burning hot gun cartridge, or being accosted by an armed hold up convict, Julia has aquired plenty of scars, and certainly isn’t afraid to share them with you! Julia doesn’t just take to the stage, she owns it. Her unique style of storytelling is delivered with such honesty and at a blisteringly energising pace that a shirt full of sore ribs is guaranteed!

Julia has headlined comedy events all over the world, thrilling audiences in Britain, Australia, South Africa, Croatia, Germany and Canada with her dynamic, gutsy performances on stage, tv, radio and film.
