Some of you may remember Chris Franklin from his No1 hit song BLOKE but that is just the beginning Chris started performing comedy in October ’97 and in just six months had won the prestigious triple j Raw Comedy Award for Australia’s best new talent. It didn’t take him long to rise to feature status. His accomplishments are outstanding and they include:

Chris has released a further single which was nominated in the 2001 Aria Awards for ‘Best Comedy Release’ entitled ‘Mullet Head’ a parody of the hit single ‘Gimme Head’ by THe Radiators. Garry Who– Nearly any age group of comedy lovers knows this bloke! Another one of the best veteran comedians on the circuit, who was around when The Original Sydney Comedy Store was first opened! Most of you remember him as “Dougy” from TV’s “All Together Now”, but once you see him live, you’ll never forget that! He’s that good!!

GARRY WHO began his career as one of the original pioneers of the infamous Australian “Sydney Comedy Store”. He has been no stranger to television, resident comedian on the Midday show with Ray Martin for two years.

Hosted and wrote his own segments in the light hearted national magazine show “Just for the Record” on Channel Ten. Starred along side Jon English & Rebecca Gibney in the hit Channel Nine National sitcom “Altogether Now”. Wrote & performed his own segments on the award winning ABC adult literacy series “The Reading Writing Road Show” that is still being shown all around the world. In 1987 his debut Comedy album “Life’s Just a Routine” was nominated for an ARIA Award for best Comedy album.

He consistently touring and is in high demand for corporate work and live venues around the country. Plus special guests.Jennifer Wong – Jennifer Wong, shone on stage. Writer and self-described comedy tadpole Jennifer Wong made her debut at RAW Comedy in 2005. Jennifer began by telling the audience about her shyness, and attempting to overcome it by taking a first aid course. She certainly didn’t look shy on stage. Her presence was strong, and she has a confident and polished delivery. Jennifer’s work now includes writer for Rove, Good News Week and Can of Worms.
